Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Graphic design trainee You will work collaboratively with our marketing team and other departments to produce high-quality, innovative designs that align with our brand identity and campaign goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce static ads, social media graphics, landing pages, email templates, and print assets (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.)
- Analyse and optimize design styles that align with overall campaign objectives
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, switching contexts and delivering refined outputs within tight deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality design standards are met across all assets
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually improve design output.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Sora, Midjourney, and Freepik.
- Strong visualization and conceptualization skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.
- Ability to create designs for different formats, including web, social media, and print, while maintaining consistency.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while switching between tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of UX/UI design is a plus.
- Familiarity with animation and motion graphics would be appreciated
