Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and support marketing, product, and communication goals. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, proficiency in modern design tools, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, ads, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Develop concepts, layouts, and design assets from initial brief to final production.
- Optimize designs for different screen sizes, formats, and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 13+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, layout, and color skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and digital design standards is a plus.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to take feedback and refine designs accordingly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design platforms.
- Knowledge of web design basics (HTML/CSS) is an advantage.
