At STRI we are hiring Graphic Designer cum Beauty Retoucher for our client who are in the Cosmetics Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
- Beauty Retouching:
- Apply advanced retouching techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of beauty and product images.
- Work closely with photographers and other team members to achieve the desired visual results.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all retouching work.
- Software Proficiency:
- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong focus on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Stay updated on the latest features and tools within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Proficient in both Mac and Windows OS.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, photography, and content creation, to deliver cohesive and visually striking designs.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and management to refine designs.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Prioritize and organize work effectively to handle various design requests.
- Demonstrate multitasking ability in teamwork, leveraging optimal time management for efficient project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on beauty retouching.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and retouching projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication in the English language and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and beauty retouching.
- Prior experience in production and studio settings will be considered an added advantage.
- Exhibit elevated levels of professionalism, discipline, and respectful communication towards the management and fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and harmonious working relationship within the broader team.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the reporting manager to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on work progress
