We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support the Flow Control and Safety Solutions division by creating visually compelling marketing assets for global and regional campaigns. This role will execute high-quality designs based on brand guidelines and creative direction, while also contributing original concepts for localized initiatives. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer and product marketing specialists to ensure consistency, creativity, and timely delivery across digital and print platforms.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:
Design Execution - Create high-quality graphics for brochures, presentations, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Template Adaptation & Localization - Customize global templates for regional needs while maintaining brand consistency.
Original Creative Development - Contribute fresh design ideas for localized marketing initiatives and product promotions.
Collaboration - Work closely with product marketing specialists and the Lead Graphic Designer to deliver assets that support global and regional campaigns.
Quality & Timeliness - Manage multiple design requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on time with attention to detail.
Asset Management - Maintain organized libraries of design files and templates for easy access and reuse.
Continuous Learning - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output and efficiency.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you shall have:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or industrial marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) familiarity with motion graphics tools is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across digital and print platforms.
Ability to adapt global brand guidelines to local market needs while maintaining consistency.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles and digital design best practices is desirable.
