Design & Creativity: You'll be a smart, young, and energetic designer with a strong educational background. The role requires an outstanding eye for layout, typography, and overall web design.
Software Proficiency: You must have a mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other standard design software.
UI/UX Experience: This position requires 6 months to 2 years of experience in designing UIs, especially for mobile apps and tablets. Knowledge of animation for mobile apps and games is a plus.
Portfolio & Skills: A strong portfolio of web and other digital designs is a must. You should have a passion for web standards, trends, and technology, as well as the ability to accurately estimate and scope design work.
Collaboration: You must have a solid understanding of agile product development processes and be able to work with both technical and non-technical individuals to gather information and communicate project status.
