Apple Edibles and Logistics Pvt Ltd. has setup its new food processing & manufacturing factory at Khopoli near Mumbai.
We are currently looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join a growing children's food brand, FIRO (https://firofoods.com/) in Mumbai. FIRO is a fast-growing children's food brand focused on creating fun, safe and high-quality food products for kids.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG sector, with a keen understanding of brand communication for children and parents. Duties include packaging, digital and offline campaign design that will help the Company engage and delight its target market.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, social media and presentations, ensuring they appeal to children and parents
- Design engaging product packaging and ensure print-ready artwork
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, production and sales teams to create cohesive & compelling content for various campaigns
- Create marketing creatives for social media, e-commerce, retail, and campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Ensure all packaging and marketing designs comply with regulatory standards relevant to food products for children
- Manage multiple design projects and coordinate deadlines effectively
- Understanding of print production and packaging processes
- Keep up-to-date with graphic design, children's media and FMCG trends
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a graphic designer (FMCG or food sector experience is highly preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing product packaging, branding, and campaign work.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food packaging and children's products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW); animation and video editing.
- Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and child-friendly design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to conceptualize, adapt designs for various formats, and manage feedback constructively.

Compensation
- Prior experience with food or children's consumer brands will be considered an advantage.
