About the Role:
Were seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead design efforts for our AVIP (Added Value Introduction Program) and doctor referral channel. Youll work closely with content managers, marketing, and doctor engagement teams to design visually compelling creatives that build trust and drive doctor referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-impact creatives for referral campaigns: brochures, WhatsApp visuals, email banners, decks, doctor profiles, onboarding collaterals, and more.
- Bring stories to life visually for newly onboarded doctors to help introduce them credibly to referring doctors.
- Support the content and marketing team in visual storytelling, ensuring alignment with brand tone and message.
- Own the visual identity of the AVIP/referral channel and maintain design consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work with feedback from internal stakeholders and quickly iterate on designs as needed.
- Create templates and reusable design assets for the referral channel.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, especially in healthcare and B2B spaces.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital platforms (social, email, decks, print)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to understand content goals and translate them into effective design
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in healthcare, B2B, or performance-driven design
- Experience designing for WhatsApp or regional/local language campaigns
- Video editing or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus
