We're looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry, who can bring our brand vision to life through impactful visuals and ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design high-quality static graphics, carousel posts, and motion creatives tailored for digital platforms
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Meta ads, YouTube Shorts) for performance marketing campaigns
- Develop creative assets that align with the brand's aesthetic and voice across Meta, Google, and e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to interpret briefs into visually engaging outputs
- Create product-centric graphics that drive engagement, brand recall, and conversions
- Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Stay updated on trends in beauty advertising, Meta creative formats, and D2C visual storytelling
Requirements:- 5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives, reels, motion design, and brand visual storytelling
- Solid understanding of social media formats, ad performance metrics, and platform-specific best practices
- Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form content with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics
- Familiarity with e-commerce visuals (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart) is a plus
- Attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across formats
