Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, and ad creatives.
Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, event invites, menus, and
pitch decks.
Develop visual assets for websites, landing pages, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Adapt and resize designs for different platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok,
YouTube, and websites.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Support event branding, print materials, packaging mockups, and other creative requirements when
needed.
Video Editing
Edit short-form videos such as reels, shorts, TikToks, LinkedIn videos, and ad videos.
Edit long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, webinars, testimonials, and event highlight videos.
Add captions, text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, lower thirds, and basic motion graphics.
Clean and balance audio, sync footage, and improve overall video quality.
Create engaging video cuts with strong hooks, smooth pacing, and platform-appropriate formatting.
Export videos in the correct dimensions and formats for social media, YouTube, websites, and paid ads.
Creative & Marketing Support
Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand campaign goals and convert briefs
into strong visual outputs.
Suggest creative ideas for social media, campaigns, reels, ads, and brand storytelling.
Stay updated on design, social media, and video trends.
Manage multiple creative tasks while meeting deadlines.
Organize design files, video files, templates, and project assets properly.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, colors, and branding.
Good sense of video storytelling, pacing, hooks, and social media formats.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects,
CapCut, or similar tools.
Ability to create both static and video content for different platforms.
Attention to detail and ability to work with feedback.
Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital campaigns.
Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects at the same time.
Creativity, ownership, and willingness to experiment with new formats.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, social media content
creation, or a similar creative role.
Prior experience working with brands, agencies, startups, events, or digital marketing teams will be
preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing both static design and video editing work is required.
Basic motion graphics or animation skills would be a plus.Role Expe ctations The candidate should be able to support day-to-day creative requirements across social media, campaigns, events, presentations, and video content. This is a hybrid creative role where the person should be comfortable switching between design tasks and video editing tasks based on project needs.
