Video Editor & Graphic Designer
About the Role
Rite KnowledgeLabs is looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to produce compelling visual content for corporate brands, leadership communication, digital campaigns, and social media.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is equally comfortable editing videos, designing graphics, creating motion assets, and using AI-powered creative tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
Working closely with our content, strategy, and design teams, you'll transform ideas into engaging visual stories across multiple digital platforms. If you're passionate about storytelling, enjoy exploring emerging creative technologies, and have a strong eye for design, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for corporate brands across social media, thought leadership, employer branding, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives.
- Design visually engaging creatives for social media, presentations, websites, reports, marketing collateral, and other digital assets.
- Create AI-assisted content using text-to-video, image-to-video, AI voiceovers, avatars, generative imagery, and other emerging AI workflows where appropriate.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, mood boards, and creative treatments based on project briefs.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, animation, typography, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects to create engaging viewing experiences.
- Collaborate with content writers, strategists, account managers, and designers to ensure creative outputs align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, AI-powered creative tools, and digital content formats.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of video editing, graphic design, visual storytelling, composition, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Figma, or similar creative software is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling AI, Veo, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Ability to conceptualise ideas independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for experimenting with new formats, AI tools, and creative technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline from a reputed institution (preferred).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, or digital content creation in an agency environment preferrable.
- A portfolio link showcasing video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative work is mandatory. Freshers will a good portfolio of sample work are welcome.
