About the Role

We're hiring a multi-skilled Creative Designer & Video Editor who can design, edit, and ideate with a strong storytelling lens. You must be highly comfortable with AI tools, have a creative mindset, and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Design:

Create social media graphics, posters, thumbnails, pitch decks, and brand assets.

Design using Adobe Suite (PS, AI, AE, ID), Canva, and Figma.

Use AI tools Freepik, Gemini, Photoshop, etc.) for concepts & variations.

Maintain a consistent cinematic visual style across platforms.

Video Editing:

Edit reels, branded content, BTS and YouTube-style videos.

Work on colour grading, sound, transitions, and cinematic pacing.

Edit using Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and AI editing tools (Runway, Freepik etc).

AI Workflow:

Use AI for concept art, video clean-up, enhancements, and faster production workflows.

Experiment with new AI tools to elevate creativity and efficiency.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing.

Strong command of Adobe Suite, Canva, and key AI tools.

Strong creative thinking, storytelling sense, and visual accuracy.

Portfolio showcasing design + editing skills.

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics, photography, cinematography, or creative direction experience.
