PNB Kitchenmate Limited is seeking a dynamic and tech-forwardCreative Specialistto join our team in Gurugram. This isn't a traditional design role; we are looking for a visual storyteller who can seamlessly pivot between high-end product cinematography, static graphic design, and AI-assisted content creation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end creative processfrom conceptualizing and shooting video content to designing brand assets and utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

• Cinematography & Video Production:Lead the visual storytelling of the PNB brand by shooting high-quality product videos, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Graphic & Identity Design:Create compelling static designs, including social media assets, logos, packaging, and marketing collateral that align with our legacy brand.
• AI Integration (Mandatory):Actively use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or AI video enhancers) to streamline design workflows, generate concepts, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Branding & Typography:Maintain brand consistency through expert-level typography and visual hierarchy.
• Post-Production:Edit video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects, ensuring a professional finish with color grading and sound design.

• Software Mastery:Expert proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• AI Literacy:Demonstrated ability to useGenerative AItools for image generation, background removal, or content ideation. (Please mention your preferred AI tools in your application).
• Visual Storytelling:A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design projects and cinematic video work.
• Technical Skill:Proficiency with professional camera gear, lighting setups, and gimbal stabilization.
• Attention to Detail:An eye for pixel-perfect design and high-production-value video.
• Education:Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Cinematography, or a related field.
