Graphic Designer

Role Overview

ALLEN Online is seeking a Graphic Designer who will bring a mix of design craft, AI-driven creativity, and disruptive thinking to our marketing efforts. The individual will be responsible for creating impactful communication across digital and offline channels — ensuring that every piece of design is consumer-first, distinctive, and clearly communicates our key message.

Job Responsibilities:

Designs customized by channel:

• Create high-performing ad creatives for digital campaigns across web/app, CRM, Performance Marketing, etc., that drive consideration for our offering
• Develop impactful print ads, brochures, flyers, event branding, and OOH campaigns that cut through category sameness and strengthen brand recall.
• Ensure consistency of design language across all offline and digital touchpoints while ensuring freshness and differentiation.

Creative Innovation with AI

• Leverage AI not just for efficiency but as a tool for concept exploration, imagery generation, and storytelling.
• Push creative boundaries by using AI to test new visual styles, formats, and narratives that differentiate us from competition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with copywriters to ensure the core message is brought out impactfully through our collateral.
• Partner with Marketing Managers and channel owners to translate communication objectives into consumer-first designs.

What we are looking for:

• 5-8 years of experience in graphic design with work across digital and traditional channels
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and comfort with AI-powered design/imaging tools.
• Ability to balance speed with quality, adapting designs quickly while maintaining craft.
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and storytelling through design.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills — able to explain creative decisions while delivering files.
• Consumer-first mindset: ability to empathize with the end-user and design for clarity, resonance, and impact.
• Comfortable working in both Hindi and English to create culturally relevant communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
