About This Role

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually stunning designs across digital and print media. You'll work alongside our AI-powered creative team, developing brand identities, marketing materials, and user interfaces that complement our innovative services and help clients achieve their visual communication goals.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Create engaging content such as marketing banners, social media posts, presentations, and brand assets.
• Design clean, user-friendly UI/UX for websites and mobile applications.
• Develop complete brand systems, including style guides and visual identities for client projects.
• Work with our AI team to enhance AI-generated visuals and turn them into polished final designs.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and optimized digital files for different platforms and formats.
• Handle multiple design projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Improve designs based on client feedback while maintaining creativity and brand consistency.
• Organize and maintain a structured library of design assets with proper version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or relevant experience
• 13 years of professional design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout
• Working knowledge of UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Ability to turn business requirements into strong visual solutions
• Portfolio showcasing versatility in both digital and print design
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Clear communication skills for explaining design decisions

Bonus Points:

• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Understanding of web design principles
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools
• Illustration or custom artwork skills
