Key Responsibilities
Video Shooting (Camera & Mobile)
- Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones
- Plan and execute video shoots independently (indoor & outdoor)
- Handle basic lighting, framing, and audio setup
- Shoot content suitable for reels, shorts, promotions, and events
Video Editing & Reels
- Edit videos into engaging reels and short-form content
- Add transitions, effects, music, captions, and color correction
- Create content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Follow current social media trends and formats
Graphic Designing & Thumbnails
- Design eye-catching thumbnails for videos and reels
- Create posters, banners, social media posts, and promotional creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and graphic designing
- Ability to shoot and edit videos independently using camera and mobile
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (basic to intermediate)
- Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
- CapCut
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
Experience
- 25 years of relevant experience
