Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer to support brand, marketing, and performance campaigns across digital and offline channels. The role will work closely with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to create high-quality, conversion-focused visuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality design assets for marketing, branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print
- Work extensively on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for daily deliverables
- Translate briefs into effective visual solutions with minimal intervention
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
- Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
- Maintain organized design files and proper asset handover
Must-Have Skills
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of branding, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability
- Proven capability to handle high-volume and fast-paced workloads
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
Nice To Have
- Experience in EdTech / Education / Startup environments
- Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of A/B testing creatives for performance marketing
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools
