Role Overview
We're looking for two skilled, design-driven minds who bring both creative flair and executional sharpness. As a Graphic Design Specialist at Ghar Mandir, you'll help craft and evolve our visual identity across platforms from high-performing ads to rich, immersive product content.
This is a hands-on creative role based in Mumbai, where you'll work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring the devotion-tech vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Identity Ownership: Maintain and evolve a unified brand look across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Marketing Design: Develop engaging creatives for Meta ads, WhatsApp, email campaigns, landing pages, and print as needed.
- Product & UI Assets: Support product team with UI banners, illustrations, onboarding flows, and other in-app visuals.
- Social Media Content: Design festival creatives, reels, stories, and thumbnails that drive engagement and spiritual connect.
- Creative Experimentation: Collaborate with marketing to test visual formats, analyze results, and improve performance.
- Trend & Culture Mapping: Integrate latest design trends, spiritual symbolism, and user insights into creative output.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in a startup, D2C, or consumer brand.
- Degree from a reputed Design School.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across ads, motion graphics, UI/UX, and social content.
- Ability to interpret briefs into impactful, culturally resonant visuals.
- Interest in spiritual, cultural, or devotional storytelling is a big plus.
