Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Graphic Design Manager to join our team on-site in Panchkula. This role involves leading graphic design team, creating high-quality visuals for branding, packaging design, and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing design projects, ensuring visual consistency across different mediums, and collaborating with various teams to deliver results-driven designs. The Graphic Design Manager will oversee visual communication efforts to effectively convey messages aligned with clients goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Branding, and creating visually appealing designs
• Expertise in Graphics and Visual Communication to craft engaging content
• Experience in Packaging Design to create standout packaging for products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in branding and visual consistency
• Excellent collaboration, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and lead design projects in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Familiarity with video editing is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing design is an advantage
