We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Intern) | Immediate Hire | 10,000 – 15,000 Stipend | Full-Time | On-Site

We need someone who doesn't just make graphics. We need someone whose work stops you mid-scroll and makes you go back to look again.

A defined style. A strong niche. Opinions about design. That's who we're looking for.

What you'll be doing:

1. Creating high-impact visual content for social media, campaigns, and brand collateral
2. Using AI image generation tools as part of your creative process — not as a crutch, but as a superpower
3. Developing design systems, templates, and visual identities
4. Working across formats — posts, reels covers, thumbnails, banners, decks
5. Bringing ideas to life fast without sacrificing quality

Non-negotiable skills:

1. Adobe Photoshop
2. Adobe Illustrator
3. Canva (advanced, not basic)
4. AI image generation tools — nano banana Pro, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, Ideogram (or similar)
5. A defined niche or visual style you can show us

You're the right fit if:

You have a style that's recognisably yours — not inspired by everything, just everything

You know when something looks off and you fix it before anyone asks

You can take a vague idea and turn it into something that looks intentional

You use AI tools to generate and enhance — and you know how to prompt them properly

Your portfolio makes people ask who made this

A niche is mandatory.

We don't care if it's dark editorial, bold typography, 3D surrealism, or clean minimalism — you need to have a point of view. Generalist portfolios with no direction won't move forward.
