About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our Sri Mandir and Chadhava Design Team. This role combines performance-driven design with brand storytelling across in-app content, marketing creatives, and storefront visuals.

Key Responsibilities:-

Creative Design & Visual Execution

• Design creatives for notification cards, in-app pop-ups, WhatsApp/RCS templates
• Create marketing banners, app visuals, and Chadhava store assets
• Develop social media creatives (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook)
• Translate campaign briefs and data insights into high-performing visuals

Brand & Design Systems

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and cultural/spiritual context
• Strengthen visual identity through design frameworks and templates
• Maintain and improve asset libraries and layout systems

Collaboration & Optimization

• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams
• Iterate designs based on performance insights (Mixpanel/Tableau)
• Stay updated with design trends and implement relevant innovations

Who Should Apply:-

• Students or recent graduates in Design or related fields
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and performance-driven work
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX and mobile-first design principles
• Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics
• Ability to work with Hindi & English content is a plus
