Who are we looking for

We are looking to hire 2 Graphic Design Interns one for an on-site role and one for a remote role.

You should be able to translate ideas into high-quality visual content across digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create engaging creatives, motion graphics, and video content aligned with InsightPier's brand identity.

What will you do with your skills

•Design high-quality social media creatives, marketing assets, and branding materials.

•Create and edit video content using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.

•Develop motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.

•Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all visual outputs.

•Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into visuals.

•Assist in creating additional visual assets across campaigns as required.

•Optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights.

•Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

•Minimum 1+ year of experience in graphic design or a related role.

•Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

•Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar).

•Good understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

•Ability to think creatively and execute effectively.

•Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.

•Availability for on-site or remote work (as per role).
