About Finrep
Finrep is an AI-powered platform built for SEC reporting, technical accounting, and disclosure management teams. We work in a high-stakes domain (financial compliance) and our design has to match that credibility while moving at startup pace.
The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can take a brief and ship polished, on-brand work fast. You'll own all visual output across social media, marketing collaterals, and brand touchpoints, working directly with product and marketing to translate complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be briefed, you'll build, and you'll ship. Speed and quality are both non-negotiable.
What You'll Do
- Design social media graphics, carousels, banners, and campaign assets across LinkedIn, X, and other channels
- Own Finrep's visual identity across all external-facing collaterals: decks, one-pagers, email headers, event materials
- Translate briefs from product, marketing, and leadership into finished design deliverables, with minimal back-and-forth
- Maintain and evolve Finrep's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across every asset
- Collaborate closely with the content team to align copy and visual narrative
- Support product UI touchpoints when needed: landing pages, feature graphics, in-app illustration
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- Portfolio is mandatory. We will not review applications without one. It should demonstrate social media work, brand collaterals, and ideally B2B or SaaS context
- Strong command of Figma (primary tool) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to work from a brief: structured, deadline-driven, no handholding required
- Strong typographic sensibility and layout instincts
- Fast turnaround without compromising quality
- Comfortable designing for a dark, professional aesthetic (our brand is dark navy, clean, authoritative)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing for fintech, legaltech, or enterprise SaaS brands
- Motion / basic animation skills (Lottie, After Effects, or Figma plugins)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn creative best practices for B2B audiences
- Understanding of design systems and component-based thinking
