About Us

The Community League (TCL) is a fast-growing grassroots sports ecosystem, connecting players, clubs, and communities through well-organized leagues and high-quality content. As we expand across football and racquet sports, strong visual design plays a key role in how we present competitions, teams, and stories across digital platforms.

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer Intern to join our content team. If you enjoy designing bold sports visuals, matchday graphics, player cards, and social media creatives - and want to work in a fast-paced sports environment - we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging social media creatives (matchday posts, player announcements, results graphics, and promotional visuals).

Create visual assets for leagues, tournaments, and club announcements.

Maintain brand consistency across all graphics and digital content.

Assist the content team with quick turnaround designs during matchdays and events.

Collaborate with the media and social media teams to develop strong visual storytelling.

Support design requirements for posters, infographics, and tournament branding.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Passion for sports especially football and racquet sports is a major plus.

Ability to produce clean, modern, and engaging sports graphics quickly.

Familiarity with design formats for Instagram, Facebook, and digital platforms.

Preferred

Prior experience designing sports creatives (college projects, personal pages, or freelance work).

Basic understanding of branding, color systems, and templatebased design workflows.

Ability to work onsite during matchdays and events when required.

What You'll Get

Hands-on experience working with a fast-growing grassroots sports ecosystem.

Opportunity to design for leagues, athletes, and sports communities.

A strong portfolio of realworld sports design work.

Potential full-time opportunity after the internship.

Access to mentorship from experienced creatives and sports professionals.

Note: Due to overwhelming responses, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
