About the Role

We're looking for an editor who doesn't just cut clips but builds moments. Someone who understands that a 3-second hook can make or break a video.

What You'll Do

• Edit platform-specific content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Understand pacing, hooks, and retention techniques

• Collaborate with the creative team on ideation and execution

• Bring ideas to life with engaging transitions, effects, and storytelling

• Continuously experiment with new styles and formats

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)

• Understanding of short-form content trends and formats

• Creative instinct for timing, music, and visual storytelling

• Ability to take initiative and suggest improvements

• Fast turnaround without compromising quality

Bonus Points If You

• Can create animations or motion graphics

• Have experience editing viral or high-performing content

• Understand storytelling beyond just cuts (emotion, rhythm, payoff)
