Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Design and Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines the creativity of graphic design with the strategic elements of ecommerce management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for digital platforms while managing and optimizing our ecommerce presence to drive online sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:

  • Design eye-catching digital graphics, banners, and promotional content for the website, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Create product images, promotional banners, and website assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that effectively communicates our brand story and product offerings.
  • Maintain high-quality visual standards across all digital touchpoints.

Ecommerce Management:

  • Oversee daily updates and management of product listings on the company's ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart).
  • Ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience for maximum conversion rates.
  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure products are optimized for search engines and improve visibility on ecommerce platforms.
  • Manage online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers across multiple ecommerce channels.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and report on ecommerce performance metrics (e.g., sales data, conversion rates, traffic) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform analytics) to derive insights and inform decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure our ecommerce strategy remains competitive.

Collaboration & Project Management:

  • Work closely with the marketing & sales and management teams to develop and execute online sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary for additional design or ecommerce support.
  • Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing and social media management.
  • Knowledge of online advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Basic video editing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and ecommerce management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and ecommerce trends.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Range

The salary range of the position is between 10 - 25 K and the final amount will be decided upon completion of a short work project assigned to you by the company after the interview.
