This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic and Motion Graphic Designer based in Agra. The Graphic and Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging visuals, animations, and multimedia designs aligned with brand and client objectives. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing static and motion graphics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will optimize designs for various digital platforms, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to project planning by meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback.

• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Typography, Layout Design, and Visual Composition
• Expertise in Motion Graphics, Animation, and Video Editing
• Skilled in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Creativity and strong storytelling abilities to design visuals that capture audiences
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for digital design projects
• Team collaboration and communication skills to execute ideas effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in aligning designs with emerging trends and technologies, such as AR/VR or 3D design, is a plus
