Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, create, and maintain Grafana dashboards for monitoring mobile banking applications
Integrate multiple data sources such as APM tools, logs, and infrastructure metrics into Grafana
Develop and configure alerting rules, thresholds, and visualizations aligned with business SLAs
Work closely with Application, DevOps, and SRE teams to define monitoring and observability requirements
Optimize dashboard performance for scalability, usability, and clarity for both technical and business users
Interpret and migrate existing monitoring dashboards from AppDynamics to Grafana
Support incident management and ensure timely resolution of production issues
Improve system observability and ensure proactive monitoring of services
