Job Description

• B.Sc. / BCA (2025 or 2026 pass-outs)
• No prior experience required
  
  

Role Overview Provide first-level IT support to users, assist with device setup, basic troubleshooting, IT asset management, and workplace technology support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with user onboarding and device provisioning
• Log and track support tickets
• Maintain IT asset inventory
• Provide professional end-user support

Qualifications

Requires a two year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
