Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Support deployments to sandboxes and production.
- Help automate environment setup and sandbox refresh tasks.
- Contribute to quality checks (code reviews, static analysis, basic tests).
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and document fixes.
- Write simple runbooks and share updates with the team.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce (org structure, metadata, SFDX basics).
- Familiarity with Git (branches, commits, merges).
- Understanding of scripting (Shell, Python, or Node basics).
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ownership.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Flosum, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Copado).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Apex tests, Jest for LWC).
- Awareness of permissions and profiles in Salesforce.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Should have graduated in 2024 or 2025
Location: India (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
