Essential Skills

• Degree (or expected degree) in Mechanical Engineering or a related building services discipline (BSc/BEng or equivalent).
• Strong interest in mechanical building services, HVAC, data centre infrastructure or mission-critical engineering.
• Good grasp of mechanical engineering fundamentals and a genuine enthusiasm to keep learning.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Familiarity with engineering or design software is beneficial but not essential.
