Role Description

A Management Trainee at Prop News Time is responsible for assisting in the supervision of daily support operations and planning of efficient and effective administrative procedures. You would be expected to coordinate with different departments within the company, present collated data in the form of PPTs and excel reports and assist the operation team in ensuring the smooth execution and implementation of the company's standard operating

procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee your daily tasks will extend but are not limited to the following;

• Fact checking: Assist in verify content and facts mentioned in stories submitted for review
• Circulation: Assist the circulation team in the online distribution of our daily newsletter across various platforms and mediums
• Reporting and documentation: Take updates and prepare reports for different functions within the organisation.
• Tech support: Assist in back-end tech support by coordinating with different departments within the organisation.
• Operating procedures: Assist in building and testing stand operating procedures to be followed in the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive is preferred
• Dedication to professional development and willingness to learn
