Job Role: Graduate Management Trainee

Job Type: Full-time

It offers a Redemption Engine to consumers leveraging the group's acquired SME-commerce capacities. NUPI provides an all-in-one solution for Loyalty, rewards and recognition to empower brands to maximize their customer acquisition efforts and turn transactional sales into passionate brand advocates. NUPI builds Omni channel (website, mobile App or In-store POS machines) CRM tech-solutions for its brand partners to enable community reach.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Inside Sales/ Business development

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
  • Drive follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Consistently work towards achieving sales targets

2 Account Management/Client Success

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and execution of solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
  • Resolve client queries and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Who we're looking for:

  • Freshers (0–2) years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, business development, or client management
  • Highly proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of B2B / SaaS / fintech is a plus
