- Take responsibility for small teams and targets
Phase 3: Management & Business Operations- Manage teams, campaigns, and client outcomes
- Learn strategic planning, operations, and decision-making
- Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives
- Prepare for long-term roles in management, consulting, or leadership
