Job description
- Handle customer queries via voice calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide resolutions to customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and call logs.
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent English comm skills (verbal & written)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
