We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) across various functions within our organization.

This program is designed to nurture young engineering talent through comprehensive hands-on training, project exposure, and professional development. As a GET, you will work in cross-functional environments, learning directly from industry experts, gaining insights into product development, operations, and customer engagement.

• Undergo structured training programs across departments such as Production, Quality, R&D, Service, and Training.
• Participate in practical sessions on equipment design, assembly, operation, maintenance, and process optimization.
• Support product and process improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis, and implementation.
• Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with technical teams.
• Engage in on-site learning to understand field operations, customer needs, and equipment applications.
• Contribute ideas to improve productivity, quality, and safety within your assigned function.
• Demonstrate commitment to learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills (English and Hindi preferred).
• Good understanding of core engineering principles.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Automation Engineering.
• (Freshers 2024/2025 batch preferred)
