We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Africa Exports Division. This role offers young engineers an exciting opportunity to combine their technical knowledge with international business exposure, supporting sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities across the African region.

• Promote the SCHWING Stetter brand and product range across African markets.
• Deliver technical training sessions and conduct product presentations for dealers and customers.
• Support digital marketing activities, lead generation, and inquiry management.
• Coordinate with international dealers and assist in sales processes and customer support.
• Manage data, reports, presentations, and competitor analysis for market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline export documentation and logistics coordination.

Technical:

• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of sales data and marketing analytics.
• Exposure to modern digital tools and technologies (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred).
• Interest in sales, marketing, and international business.
• Professional email etiquette and stakeholder communication skills.
• Readiness to travel and adapt to multicultural work environments.

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• (Freshers from the 2024 / 2025 batch preferred.)
