Job Description

Vertiv Enegry Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our Electronics Design Department. This role is ideal for recent graduates who aspire to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and challenging environment. The candidate will be expected to align with Vertiv's work ethic, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and perform effectively under pressure. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be considered valuable assets.

Electronics design engineer primary job is to design electronics boards, testing, documentation as per Vertiv Industrial process & follow the NPDI product development cycle for Core engineering Hardware. In this career, one's duties will focus on designing systems & service support across Vertiv corporation for all business like AC power, DC power, Monitoring & Thermal products with other services.

Job Specifications:

  • Collaborate with Senior members to design and develop electronics systems and components for various projects.
  • Assist in preparing design layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings in accordance with project specifications with Mentor Graphics tool
  • Conduct technical analyses and ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Support the documentation of designs, revisions, and project progress reports.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices in electronics design.
  • Contribute to team discussions and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and timely manner.
  • Good Interpersonal skills and ability to work in team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
  • A willingness to learn is critical.
  • Support on Circuit simulation & testing of electronic boards, Device driver programming additional advantages for team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics & telecom engineering min. 7 CGPA/60% throughout.
  • Strong academic foundation with a focus on electronics design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics & telecom design software such as Embedded C, Schematic design on Mentor Graphics, LT spice & similar electronics design tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations EMI/EMC standard, Safety standard, IEC, IEEE etc.
