Responsibilities
- A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is a entry-level professional who is part of a structured training program to learn the company's business and technical operations.
- The primary responsibility is to gain hands-on experience by participating in various tasks and projects across different departments.
- This role involves learning and applying engineering principles, assisting senior engineers with their duties, and contributing to ongoing projects.
- The trainee is expected to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify areas for process improvement.
- A key part of the job is adhering to company policies and standards, including safety and quality protocols.
- The program is designed to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry and prepare the trainee for a permanent role as an engineer.
