Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Engineer Trainee based in Ahmedabad. The Graduate Engineer Trainee will assist in the design, planning, execution, and management of engineering projects across various sectors such as Power, Railways, or Urban Mobility. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing technical reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting project execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is an excellent entry-level position offering comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the engineering and construction industry.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in engineering principles, technical understanding, and analytical skills
- Basic proficiency in design software and tools relevant to engineering (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant disciplines)
- Familiarity with project management concepts; experience with tools like MS Project is a plus
- Commitment to learning, self-motivation, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and a keen interest in eco-friendly engineering solutions is an advantage
