Eligibility:- Qualification:B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience:Fresher to1 year of relevant experience
- Passionate about engineering, fabrication, and process improvement
Key Learning & Responsibilities:- Assist in daily production planning and shop floor supervision
- Support QA/QC teams in inspection, documentation, and process control
- Learn vendor coordination, material procurement, and purchase planning
- Gain exposure to technical marketing and client coordination activities
- Understand company products, standards, and fabrication procedures
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all operations
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives
