About the Role:
The Trainee Engineering is a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role. The role is designed to develop entry-level engineers into competent aerospace manufacturing professionals through structured training and hands-on exposure across engineering, production, quality and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day engineering and manufacturing activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support production planning, shop-floor execution, and quality inspection activities.
- Learn to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process sheets.
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and basic root cause analysis.
- Support documentation related to production, quality, and process control.
- Follow safety, quality, and company policies at all times.
- Participate in training programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within defined timelines.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
- Willingness to work in a shop floor and production environment.
- Good communication skills and a learning-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- Internship, apprenticeship or project exposure in manufacturing or aerospace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, or similar engineering tools.
