Job Description

• To study the part drawing for feasibility and get all the queries cleared with customer,
• Prepare Process flow chart ,
• To Identify all the Special charecterstic.
• To identify all the required Toolings Jig/ Fix , Special cuttings tools & gages for new part.
• To prepare FTB drawing.
• To prepare Data Special cutting tools.
• To place indent for procurement of Forging / FTB, cutting tools & gages and follow up with material dept till the receipt of material as per timeline.
• To Prepare FMEA , Control plans of all the operations as per Process flow chart .
• Update the parts code , Part cycle , Toolings , Jig / fix / gages & Instructions in the BPCS System.
• Follow up with inhousing toolings Jig/fix/ Gages for timely readness.
• To conduct feasibility study of Finish turn drawing with quality / material / Supplier.
• To process samples and submit to customer as per agreed Time line. .
• To process PPAP Lot, after approval of samples by customer.
• To provide all PPAP documents as required by customer.
• To hand over the tooling's of developement part to production.
  
  

16 If require visit supplier ( machining) to discuss & review the process.

• To update developement status for weelkly meetings.
• Required knowledge MS excel, Power BI , AutoCad, Solid Works
