Job Description
- To study the part drawing for feasibility and get all the queries cleared with customer,
- Prepare Process flow chart ,
- To Identify all the Special charecterstic.4. To identify all the required Toolings Jig/ Fix , Special cuttings tools & gages for new part.
- To prepare FTB drawing.
- To prepare Data Special cutting tools.
- To place indent for procurement of Forging / FTB, cutting tools & gages and follow up with material dept till the receipt of material as per timeline.
- To Prepare FMEA , Control plans of all the operations as per Process flow chart .
- Update the parts code , Part cycle , Toolings , Jig / fix / gages & Instructions in the BPCS System.
- Follow up with inhousing toolings Jig/fix/ Gages for timely readness.
- To conduct feasibility study of Finish turn drawing with quality / material / Supplier.
- To process samples and submit to customer as per agreed Time line. .
- To process PPAP Lot, after approval of samples by customer.
- To provide all PPAP documents as required by customer.
- To hand over the tooling's of developement part to production.
- To update developement status for weelkly meetings.
- Required knowledge MS excel, Power BI , AutoCad, Solid Works
