Key Responsibilities
- Manage the PMT and marketing function for cosmetology products including Anti-Ageing and Vitamin C range
- Develop brand communication and promotional strategies for assigned products
- Prepare marketing presentations, promotional material, themes, and communication for strategy and review meetings
- Build strong rapport with the sales team through consistent communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with field force to ensure smooth execution of camps and campaigns and share execution summary reports
- Liaise with the procurement team to obtain relevant inputs and ensure timely dispatch of promotional materials to the field force
- Motivate and support the field force during camps and campaign days to ensure effective execution
- Lead the launch of new division and new products in cosmetology, Anti-Ageing, and Vitamin C segments
- Coordinate with all support functions for seamless implementation of marketing strategies
- Design and implement promotional and communication strategies across various brands
- Plan customer-oriented campaigns and special activities for priority and focus products
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Pharmacy or Science with an MBA in Marketing
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Pharma Marketing, with 3 to 4 years as Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager
- Hands-on experience in handling Cosmetology products including Anti-Ageing and Vitamin C
- Strong creativity and innovation with effective people management skills
- Good understanding of cosmetology market trends and customer needs
- Proven experience in launching new divisions and new products
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong track record of achieving personal and organizational goals
