Govt. Tender Manager- Medical Devices

Key Responsibilities

Identify, track and participate in government tenders (state + central) relevant to the territory

Manage and expand a network of 36 authorized distributors across the territory

Achieve empanelment in hospital / state rate contracts for product listing

Drive product demonstrations in government hospitals, health centers, and NHM programs

Coordinate with HQ (Delhi) for tender documentation, pricing approvals, and compliance

Achieve quarterly and annual targets: tender wins, revenue, empanelment, distributor count

Must-Have Requirements

Proven wins in AIIMS / ESIC / CGHS tenders

Hands-on GeM portal bidding experience

Active network with Central Procurement Officers

Proximity to Delhi HQ for fast approvals & coordination

Preferred Qualifications

B.Sc / B.Pharma / B.E. (Biomedical / Electronics) + MBA preferred

Experience in diagnostics, point-of-care devices, or portable medical equipment

Proficiency in local language(s) of the territory

Two-wheeler and four-wheeler license; readiness for extensive field travel
