Government RFP & Grants Specialist

We're a U.S.-based cybersecurity company (Fremont, CA) hiring a full-time specialist to manage our government contracting pipeline — federal, California state, county, and utility RFPs and grants.

What you'll do:

Monitor portals daily (SAM.gov, Cal eProcure, LA County, BidNet, etc.) and flag relevant opportunities

Draft and submit complete proposal packages — narratives, forms, attachments

Maintain registrations across all government vendor portals

Track pipeline with deadlines and status updates

Research grants (SLCGP, DHS, SBA, CA-specific programs) and submit applications

What we need:

Strong written English — you'll be writing for U.S. government audiences

Organized and deadline-obsessed — multiple submissions run simultaneously

Fast learner — you don't need to be a cybersecurity expert, but you need to get up to speed quickly

Available to work on-site in Jaipur or Dausa at least 3 days/week

1–4 years in proposal writing, procurement, or business development preferred
