We are looking for an experienced professional to support the GOP Performance Management System initiative. The role involves designing structured governance cadence, driving supply review escalations, and enabling performance tracking mechanisms across functions.
This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement structured governance cadence
- Define and streamline supply review and escalation processes
- Perform end-to-end process mapping
- Support governance structuring and performance metrics development
- Create stakeholder communication materials and executive-level presentations
- Build governance frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and review documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational alignment

- Experience in governance framework design
- Hands-on experience in process mapping and defining KPIs/metrics
