Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation to achieve performance goals.
  • Create, test, and scale ad creatives, copies, and landing page strategies in coordination with design and content teams.
  • Track and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor daily performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM).
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
