Google Graphic Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
• Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Content, and Product Development to understand project requirements and create impactful visual solutions.
• Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity across all design elements and platforms.
• Produce high-quality visual content aligned with brand guidelines while incorporating creative innovation.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure fresh and competitive visuals.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance visual strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Edit and retouch images, adjust compositions, and ensure all design assets are polished and professional.
• Coordinate with external creatives such as printers, photographers, and illustrators to execute final designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and graphic design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptable to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and web design principles is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
• Understanding of branding and marketing design is an advantage.
