Job Title: Google Ads Customer Support Executive Global Blended Process

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1+ Year (Mandatory: Google Ads Customer Support Experience)

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA | Salary up to 40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives with a minimum of one year of experience in the Google Ads customer support process for a global blended role. The position involves providing end-to-end support to international advertisers through voice, chat, and email channels while ensuring high service quality and compliance with Google Ads policies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support to global Google Ads advertisers via voice, chat, and email
Assist customers with campaign setup, optimization, billing, and policy-related queries
Diagnose and resolve technical and account-related issues within defined SLAs
Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on customer interactions
Deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all support channels
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction benchmarks

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads Customer Support
Experience handling international/global customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of Google Ads products, policies, and digital advertising concepts
Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

Process Details

Global Blended Process (Voice, Chat, and Email support)
5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
Rotational shifts

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Approximate annual CTC of 5.5 LPA
